All orders received after midday on 16 December 2022 via our website, eBay or Amazon will be shipped on Tuesday 3 January 2023

When you purchase from Electragolf, these are our standard shipping terms, whether you buy via our website, Amazon shop or eBay store

Electragolf sends every item from stock at our warehouse near Gatwick. If you require a collection, expedited service, or Saturday morning delivery, please email sales@electragolf.co.uk

UK mainland 48hr via ParcelForce, fully tracked and order cutoff at midday

Northern Ireland 48hr via ParcelForce, fully tracked and order cutoff at midday

Republic of Ireland, two working days via ParcelForce or DPD, fully tracked and order cutoff at midday

Europe, standard road service, order cutoff at midday, between 3-6 working days for delivery via DPD fully tracked service

Europe delivery service is Delivery Duty Unpaid, so we are not responsbile for customs and import duties. DPD will contact you for this separate payment prior to delivery. If delivery is refused due to non-payment of customs or other import duties, we will deduct the full cost of carriage and additionally charge a restocking fee of 50% of value of goods from any refund. Your payment signifies acceptance of this condition of sale 

No deliveries can be made on Sundays, or on any UK/Scotland/NorthernIreland Bank/Public Holidays, unless we deliver ourselves, and only then by prior arrangement and payment 

All our products are held in stock at our premises, we manufacture our own packaging and we do not rely on any third parties other than our delivery partners
